9/13

9 of the 13 fastest 40-yard dashes in NFL Combine history came out of XPE's SHREDmill training in Ft. Lauderdale. Same machine. Same system. Now in Mt. Juliet.

Get Fast

Force into the ground.

At XPE Nashville, we put you on the world-famous SHREDmill (created by Tony Villani) to train horizontal force production — the acceleration nearly every athlete is deficient in. Paired with strength work and dynamic jumps, we'll make you accelerate faster and hit a higher top speed than you ever have.

Win Games

Then we teach GameSpeed.

Then we teach you Tony Villani's GameSpeed which is important for every sport regardless if you play on a field or a court. You will learn how to control that speed, cut, react, and actually use your movement and footwork when the game's on the line. That's the difference between being fast and being a problem to play against.

Speed is fast.
GameSpeed is faster.

How a session works.

Block 1
45min
Speed & Agility

SHREDmill runs, footwork, and change-of-direction work.

Block 2
45min
Strength & Power

Lifting and explosive power work that builds the force behind your jumps and speed.

Every session runs 90 minutes and has 2 blocks, and we have 3 or 4 sessions a day — the schedule flexes with the season and whether school is in or out. Splitting speed and strength into two blocks means every athlete can focus on both, every session — or can come in for just one block when time is tight that day.

Already lifting at school or with a team? We'll build your strength work around it and complement it, not double it. No overtraining here — and you still get all the upside of the SHREDmill and the speed and agility training XPE is known for.
