Information We Collect
When you sign up, we collect the information submitted through the signup flow, such as athlete name, birthday, selected membership option, parent or adult contact information, waiver signature, and related account details. Payment method details are processed by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
How We Use It
- To create and manage XPE Nashville memberships and training access.
- To contact athletes or parents/guardians about billing, scheduling, opening details, and account needs.
- To operate, protect, and improve the website and signup process.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand anonymous website activity, including pages visited, traffic sources, general location, device type, signup starts, plan selections, and completed signup events. We do not intentionally send athlete names, parent names, phone numbers, email addresses, waiver signatures, or payment details to Google Analytics.

Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to run the website and signup process, including hosting, database, payment processing, and analytics tools. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.
Minors
XPE Nashville trains youth athletes, so signup information may include information about minors. For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian should complete or approve signup.
Biometric Information
Athlete check-in and results logging at the facility use facial recognition. Face data is used only inside XPE Nashville, is never sold or shared for advertising, and is permanently deleted 60 days after a membership is paused or canceled. Retention And Security
We keep signup and membership information as long as needed to manage accounts, billing, training access, family communication, legal records, and business operations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or online storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete eligible signup information by emailing team@xpenashville.com.
